			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>We cannot deny the fact that stress comes to us naturally, sometimes either without us realizing or self-made stress. We all have our own problems to solve, be it studies, work, family, relationship, financial issues and even friends. All these are stressful, but most of us not only face one issue, we face a lot of them at the same time. However, to some extent, stress is important for us to improve ourselves. The right amount of stress will force changes in us in order to become a better individual, we learn from mistakes; we grow up, able to face any obstacles that come in the way and more mature with time. Too much of stress, if not handle properly, will lead to depression, de-motivation, or worst still, suicidal approaches.</p>
<p>Whether we want it or not, stress will still be there, so why not learn to cope with it, handle them properly and benefit from it. Here are some simple and easy ways to combat your everyday stress effectively. Shopping might be an expensive way, but it helps women in particular in releasing their stress because as they shop around, their attentions will be diverted to pretty things, things that they love and the moment when they purchase them, they tend to forget about the stress. Besides, going for spa, manicure or pedicure will also help in relieving their tensions, as they get to indulge in total relaxation, a short escape from the hustle-bustle of their daily routines. Women want to look good, and when they look good, they feel good therefore, facials for them will be perfect.</p>
<p>Besides that, some music have therapeutic benefits or by listening to your favourite songs will surely calm the emotions and mind. Movies, on the other hand, are similar to music but you’ll be watching it instead of just listening. Comedy shows will definitely tickle the hearts of most women as an old saying says, “Laughter is the best medicine”.</p>
<p>The varieties of flavours available are not a sin especially sweet, rich in taste and fattening ones, such as chocolates, ice-creams, or which ever type of food that are listed in your top five most desirable food. Many women have a strict diet in order to be in shape or for health purposes but sometimes it is not sinful to indulge in “prohibited” food when it can cheer up the emotions. </p>
<p>Above all these methods, one of the easiest way to combat stress is to always have positive thoughts, be optimistic in any complications faced. Breathe in and breathe out, tell yourself that you can overcome the obstacles. Life is not perfect, but make the most out of it.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Isn’t it common now days the guys say women are burdens to them? Here’s some few steps you can do to make your man happy. Men are not really that hard to please. The hardest part about making your guy smile is finding out what makes him smile! All men aren’t the same, every man have different qualities. Here are some ways on how to make your man happy.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Step 1</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Have a good personality.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">When he is down cheer him up and make him happy. Do something funny like make funny faces or a joke. Don’t get frustrated with him for being upset as it will only make things worst. Here’s where it brings you to Step 2.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Step 2<br />
Listen to what he has got to say.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Be there for him and listen to his problems that’s if he is ready to talk about it. Don’t nag him for being upset. Ask him if everything is ok and if he doesn’t respond let him know you are there for him and when he’s ready to talk he can always come to you.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">
<p class="MsoNormal">Step 3</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Allow him to be himself.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">It’s natural all guys like girls, cars, sports and so on. Sit or join him when he watches sports or talk about girls and cars. This makes your man very happy. You would see him being himself and how happy he would be.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Step 4<br />
Cook something for him.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Find out what your man likes to eat, what are his favourite foods and what his taste is like. Then cook something he would like to eat. He will love the fact that you stayed inside and put off your busy schedule to prepare food for him.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Step 5</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Do something out of the ordinary and surprise him.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">When he comes back from work he would be all exhausted. Having come back to a candle light dinner set for 2 done all by yourself <span> </span>he would be very much impressed and it would definitely make his day.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Let him know he is always needed.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Always tell him you need him. Therefore he would feel he is wanted. It would make him happier to know that you wouldn’t be able to live without him and that You would be lost without him. It seems simple but it will make him feel important to you and it will make him acknowledge the fact that you care about him.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Give him a massage.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Who doesn’t like a massage or being caressed?</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Let him know he is trusted.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">There would nothing that would make him happier when his ‘boys’ call him and ask him to go out and you tell him “go ahead, I know who you’re coming home to.”</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Agree you like his family.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">No matter what your man says get along with his family as they were there before you were. They brought him up and it is why he is the man he is that you fell in love with.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Last but not least of course the sex. Do what you now that would turn him on. Dress the best you can will definitely turn him on.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Nobody will ever have flawless skin. Even those who are born with good skin will still have some flaws. Some of the common problems that people find in portrait photos would be uneven skin tone and impurities such as pimples, blackheads, scars, wrinkles and many others. Although some might argue that touching up a photo is considered fake, who doesn’t want to look good especially if the photos will be visibly public over the Internet?</p>
<p>There are a lot of software out there that can be used to touch up your photos but the most common and powerful one would be Adobe Photoshop. With Adobe Photoshop, there is nothing much that cannot be done with it.</p>
<p>First of all, launch your Adobe Photoshop and open portrait photo. You would probably want to sharpen it a bit so go to ‘Filters’ at the menu bar, then go to ‘Sharpen’ and choose ‘Unsharp Mask’. Set the amount to about 200-250% depending on your preference and the ‘Radius’ should be about 4.0 pixels while the ‘Threshold’ would be at 4 levels.</p>
<p>Then, duplicate 2 layers and change the blending mode. The middle layer would be Screen and the top one would be Multiply. Merge both the layers by pressing Shift + Ctrl + Alt + E and you should see a new ‘Layer 1’. You can now delete the 2 duplicated layers. Add a layer mask to ‘Layer 1’, use the ‘Paint Bucket Tool’ and select black color, click on the image and you should see the layer mask in black at the ‘Layers window’. Now, use the ‘Brush Tool’ in white color, make sure the hardness is at 0% and set the ‘Opacity’ and ‘Flow’ to 50%. You may now use the ‘Brush Tool’ to brush on the skin to create a contrast. When you’re done, flatten the image by right clicking on the Background layer and select ‘Flatten Image’.</p>
<p>After you are done with adding some contrast, duplicate another layer and now you may start to remove the unwanted “things” on the skin by using the set of healing tools. If you’re lazy, you may use the ‘Spot Healing Tool’ and start removing the impurities. Flatten the image when you’re done.</p>
<p>The skin should look smoother by now after the impurities are removed. To further smoothen the skin, duplicate another layer, go to ‘Filters’ and select ‘Gaussian Blur’ categorized in the ‘Blur’ category. Set the amount to about 0.4-0.5 pixels. Add a layer mask and paint it black again with the ‘Paint Bucket Tool’. Use the ‘Brush Tool’ in white color and brush the skin, be extra careful not to brush out details such as the eyes and the lips. Flatten the image.</p>
<p>Now, the skin might look fake after making it smooth so duplicate another layer and select the ‘Add Noise’ feature under ‘Noise’ in your ‘Filters’. An amount of about 4% is sufficient enough. Again, add a layer mask, paint it black and brush the skin. Flatten the image.</p>
<p>The last step to this quick fix would be to sharpen some details so once again duplicate another layer and repeat the ‘Unsharp Mask’ process as stated in the first step. The only difference this time is that you’ll add a layer mask, paint it black and brush the details that you want it sharp like the eyes and the lips or even some objects that you want the viewer to focus on. Flatten the image and you’re done with the whole touch up. Remember to save your file or you’ll have to start everything from a scratch.</p>
<p>Through this method, almost anyone and everyone can touch up their photos just like how models are portrayed. A good touch up would probably take about an hour or so but the effort and time is pretty much worthy when you see the end result. Not to forget, practice makes perfect!</p>

<p>A relationship is always sweet and happy at the starting point, but after some time, arguments, disagreements, and a lot of complaining between the couple will consistently iincrease. Sometimes, it will end up in separation. There are actually some ways to maintain your relationship with your partner. You just have to take some time and put some effort to make things work.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Communicate – communication is a tool that you always need in a good relationship. When a problem occurs, the best solution is not to yell at each other, but sit down and talk calmly. Yelling will only make things worse, and might lead to the problem becoming more serious.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Tolerance – everyone’s got different attitudes and personalities. You can’t expect your partner to be perfect, or change him/her to something you want. If your partner really has a bad attitude or personality, try to talk to them, help them to overcome their lack but don’t force them to be perfect. After all, you aren’t too.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Be sweet – care about your partner’s life always. Try to be around them whenever they need you. Whenever they are having a bad mood, try to cheer them up and talk to them, hug them to let them know that you’re always there. Listen patiently to whatever they are talking about, especially when they are facing problems. Try to solve it with them. When your partner is tired, give them a nice massage.</p>
<p>Surprise – when the relationship is getting older, there will naturally be less sparks. Everything will start to get boring. Give your partner a surprise to spice things up. Leave some good and sweet memories for both of you. Give them a small surprise like buying them a small gift, to something big like planning a secret trip to some place that both of you have always wanted to.</p>

<p>Love – of course, this is always the main and the most important element to maintain a long relationship. Be true and faithful to your loved one. Love your partner, not just by saying “I love you” and actually doing something to make them feel your love.</p>

Follow these easy steps then you can breathe easy and speak properly by the end of the band practice.  A lot of people say that it’s easy to be a singer for a metal band, because lot of metal songs out there are not entirely singing , but rather screaming and growling all the way. But the bleeding truth is that screaming and growling are not easy to do especially when you want to maintain it for half hour or more because the jocks who do not practice it without a proper way are likely to end up losing their voice or worse . So I, a vocalist for a metal band myself can give you some tips on how to maintain your voice ,and most importantly save your dignity and masculinity.   Step number one; learn how to use your voice from your stomach rather than your throat. How? the trick depends on how you manage the way of your breathing. Usually a person breathes air through the nose, but breathing normally while screaming is big no go, because when you scream, you are actually exhaling the air too fast for your lungs to hold. So, seconds before you scream, take a lungful of air by mouth then hold it via your stomach, then scream. By doing so, you can preserve some energy for your throat; this also applies to the growl.   Step two; drink as much fluids as you can after finishing a song. The reason for doing so is to slow the blood pressure so that you won’t feel dizzy and tired. Screaming makes your blood pressure higher so to slow it, you need your water more than ever. It also applies to your throat as it quashes the uneasy feeling that you have on your throat. <p>All you need is to lose a couple of pounds and you can look fabulous in your bikini. Don’t fret; we are here to help you regain your perfect look for the vacation in five easy steps.</p>
<p><strong>First of all, drink loads of water</strong>. Drink at least 2.5 litres of water per day to keep your skin hydrated. It will also flush out toxins and ease the body’s metabolism by burning extra fats. Just like lubricant for an engine, a body system cannot function properly without sufficient water, hence slowing down the metabolism rate. By making sure your body is hydrated, you are already a quarter of the way to your goal of losing ten pounds.</p>
<p> <strong>Secondly, cut out the junk</strong>. Take-outs for lazy evenings, unhealthy snacks to ease the itch to munch something, beverage high in sugar content- all are unnecessary calories that cause weight gain. Coffee itself is a metabolic raiser, but when mixed with condensed milk or sugar, it turns into an extra high calorie drink, so watch what you put into your mouth.</p>
<p> <strong>Thirdly, try to make your own food.</strong> By making your own meals, you are aware of what you eat and how it is prepared. You should also add in plenty of raw food like fruits and vegetables for fibre and vitamins. Instead of putting mayonnaise in your sandwich, try substituting it with olive oil which is much healthier and low in calorie. In fact it suppresses your appetite so you can control your food intake easier. Do not eliminate all carbohydrates from your diet as it will only cause sugar cravings.
